Halo 3 is here

I didn’t bother camping overnight to be one of the first player to get Halo 3. Microsoft didn’t announce a shortage of copies of Halo 3, unlike the launch of the Xbox 360 it self, so there was no point in doing so.

So I got it the next day and a local Target, and I’m already into the campaign story line. My only gripe so far is I’m not able to dual-wield two weapons that I want to use, rather than what the game allows I can dual-wield. And why do I drop my 2nd weapon when I melee attack?

So, I’ll probably not get onto second life a whole lot with Halo 3, and giving Guitar Hero 2 a rest for now. At least until Guitar Hero 3 comes out next month!! woot!

    • Wow, I posted that over two years ago. Halo sucks, it’s boring, it’s unoriginal, and I just can’t get into a FPS using a console controller. It’s a slow paced game because it’s a console, compared to say Quake 3 (QuakeLive) which much more fun fast and frantic than flipping little analog joysticks. If Quake didn’t exist (or any of the original FPS games id software made) Halo wouldn’t exist either.

Yes I suck at Halo multiplayer, I suck at a lot of multiplayer games since the so many other players are so good at it, they suck the fun out of it for everyone else. This is why I’m not going to bother with ODST for now. I might pick it up down the road, or borrow it from a friend. I doubt it will end up in the bargin-bin since Halo 3 is STILL a $60 game, and it’s already two years old.
