I’m a paranoid tyrant bitch

Accusing Sindy of using Tyanne’s login to take over her land I know was uncalled for but I did claim it was all paranoid conspiracy theory before I made that statement about Sindy.

Regardless I apologies for making such an accusation. It was hard to believe that Sindy was able to afford the asking price for the Palace. Then I noticed all of the objects at the Palace DID indeed show they belonged to Sindy, and I realized group members had EXTRA money sitting in the L$ balances after the Palace was sold to Sindy, but that sure was a lot of money!! The reason why others got money is because Tyanne had set the land to be group owned with liabilities set, and all of us got a share of that money. Which is fine considering for months Tyanne’s group kept taking $L1 every week.

I also would like to admit to mistakes that I did that I understand what Tyanne was upset over. It wasn’t the escort signs, but the tip jars that Tyanne had out, as well as the dance poles. I had a message over the dance polls telling people to tip dancers directly and not the dance pole since it takes 50% cut which goes to Tyanne. Also I covered the tip jars with another prim so that others couldn’t tip her anymore. The reason for this is simple. Who would want to give money to someone who doesn’t login anymore to use it? Yeah I’m sick and tired of all of you holier-than-thou assholes telling me “this is Tyannes land” no SHIT. But when the fuck was she ever going to login to actually use it? Perhaps if I DIDN’T do this Tyanne wouldn’t have logged in last week, and we still would have thought she had died 8 months ago. She doesn’t deserve the tip money for all the work I DID to keep her SHITHOLE running.

Sindy and Tyanne think I stole over 8000L when I covered over the tip jars at the entrances at the Palace, from looking at $L amount text that’s floating above it, and adding them together. That’s simply wrong and shows how big of a noob Tyanne really is, after all she was only in the game for 2 months before she bailed out. AS for the tip jars, that L$ amount is the total amount of donations that tip jar has received SINCE Tyanne set them there.  I other words that’s was money that was ALREADY GIVEN TO HER, for say 6 months before I covered them up.  The prims I used around them weren’t scripts or anything, otherwise you’d see two sets of numbers floating above it.

When I put a another prim around them doesn’t mean I some how magically took that 8000L that Tyanne already got. Those prims I use are unscripted, and they have only been there for a couple months. If anyone DID pay into those “tip jars” I barely got anything for it. It was mainly a deterrent to stop people from giving money to someone who apparently isn’t going to be around to use it.

Further more, according to Sindy, Tyanne was paying her tier every month. And Tyanne knew from the start she was doing this not to make money off of it. Now did she figure that out before or AFTER October 31st? So what difference does it make if I was trying to earn a few bucks off her land? Hell for those 8 months she was gone she had an escort rental sign sitting on the roof. Obvious to me she was also considering doing this months before I did.

The one I’m not really going to apologies for is my behavior as a Guardian at the Palace. There are so many assholes and jerk-offs going in and out of the Palace (and the Garden) that you get jaded towards people. It’s not like I acted like that with EVERYONE, it really stems from thier behanvor, not because they look like a noob. I wait for them to say something, then I’ll make a judement call on them. You’d be supprised how many intelligent noobs you do meet, yet still ignorant about SL it self. It’s just the majority of them simply aren’t, and remain ignorant even after months later.

Sure I could have been more tolerant towards the noobs, I could have been more leniant with my so-called self appointed “rules” I made up. I could have maybe waited a moment longer and not have knee-jerk avatar ejections… Though it sure was entertaining humiliating those noobtards and then kicking them out of the Palace when they obviously had some sort of a learning disorder.

So I’m sorry for being my self, and I did the best I could under the limited cerumstances, and I do admit to be greedy by taking advantage Tyanne’s land.

As for Sindy, you are passive agressive. You demonstated that the whole time we had our conversation last tuesday. You kept saying “give me a reason why I shouldn’t ban you now..” as if you were egging me on. There were times when I just wanted to just blast you with obscene language and cuss you out. That would have given you the reason to ban me out right. But I though we both handled our selves very well, and neither you nor I really escalated out of control. I did learn a lot from you that day. I would also say I was very HUMBLED by our conversation, and you showed me every proper respect you could muster for me, and I appreciate that Sindy. I just hope I appeard as respectful to you as you were to me that day. Also you WERE on my fiends list in the past since Candy started the Garden… I’m just saying.

So on a final note, I still would like to speak more directly with Tyanne her self. I’ve only had a handful of offline IMs with her and I really don’t feel like I had a proper conversation. So after this cools down, and assuming Tyanne hasn’t dropped her membership with SL after selling the Palace, that we could have proper sit down.

Other than that I don’t belive I will be posting more SL drama in my blog anymore. I never really intended to do this sorta thing with this (other than vague refrences to them) but personal drama dosen’t really belong even in ones personal blog.

Under new management

Sindy Tsure now owns the Shemale Sex Palace. Gee what a shocker eh? Not to long ago the Palace was being sold for nearly $1000 USD worth of Linden$, with objects included. I know Sindy didn’t pay that much money for the palace. The objects at the palace still belong to Tyanne (and the other few who help build it).

I don’t know why Sindy has to be so sly about taking over the Palace. I would have totally supported having SOMEONE who actually logs in every day to take over, rather than pull the rug out from under me. However does this mean Sindy has violated a TOS rule by getting Tyanne’s login? Not like it’s a bad thing. It just means that Tyanne her self has totally abandoned the Palace 8 months ago. Lets hope Sindy remodels the Palace since I always hated how it was laid out.

It’s not about Identity theft.

I was over at Sumo’s Free Sex pad area the other day. There’s this sign protesting the age verification system that the Lindens plan on starting soon to replace the current flawed system. (whenever that’s going in.. still waiting)

They claim it’s an issue over identity theft, but the thing is the Lindens already have your information to steal your identity. DUH! They are using a 3rd party to perform this “age verification” but it’s a professional company that does this as a business service for all sorts purposes. This is why we will have to pay a small fee to get age verified once this rolls out. It’s not some evil company trying to collect your information and sell it to spammers. Plus this age verification is COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY, so come on give the Lindens a break here.

The main reason why the guys who run Sumos don’t like this age verification is because their entire operation thrives on a constant flow of newbie visitors. The moment this age verification goes in, Sumo’s will have to flag their land as “adult themed” and anyone who isn’t age verified will NOT be allowed to enter. This means every noob that goes there now, can’t go there anymore. Sumo’s huge traffic numbers will drop like a rock in water, no one will want to rent space for vendos, no one will gamble, or buy stuff, and Sumos will lose income. Plain and simple.

It’s all about money.

Shemale Sex Palace for sale!

The land the Shemale Sex Palace is already up for sale. So I’ve been right all along that The Shemale Sex Palace days were already numbered. Tyanne had no intentions in supporting the shemale community, unlike me who tried her best to keep it going. I don’t think she plans on coming back online after it’s been sold. She obviously has a real life that’s better than SL.

I’m sure she’s trying to sell it off so she can avoid her next annual payment which is due in a couple months. So she might as well just cut her losses and sell it now. This is why she was absent for eight months. If she was paying for her land/membership on a monthly basis you’d THINK she would have come back online sooner than she had, when paying out nearly $50 every month. Or the land would have been repossessed a lot sooner. If she actually participated in SL she could have made a LOT more money back, compared to the amount she’s trying to sell it for right now.

If you have 275200L (or about $1000 USD) you can have the palace, WITH objects included! Don’t think that includes objects that don’t belong to Tyanne, she built barely half of the structure. Also she has some smaller parcels that aren’t connected to the main one, but are apart of the same group land, but it helps in giving the land more objects to rez. However I don’t think they will be apart of the sale.

Lets hope someone in the shemale community buys her land and set up something better than what’s already there. I’d be happy to return to Digeut and help out any way I can and be friends again with everyone I know there.

Goodbye Shemale Sex Palace

After nearly eight months of Tyanne Lefebvre absence, she’s finally returned to SL, and she not only took down the Escort service I had running, but removed my Guardian privileges. Tyanne has no fucking clue as to how much SHIT I have been going though to keep her poorly organized shit hole of a “Palace” clean, and running. Thank you very much Tyanne.

The reason I decided to just take advantage of her land is because I was under the impression she abandoned her land (as well as the people there). She took NO EFFORT in letting us know that was was going on in those eight months. Everyone thought she was dead, heck she still might be! I was clearly the only person left who could still USE the land, since there were no other guardians left. So I wanted to use her land before it got repossessed by the Lindens by the time her payment period was over; for which I was expecting to be sometime in August. I had no other way of talking to her, no one else knew how to get a hold of her in real life (except Sindy in some limited way).. and I was the only one left who COULD take advantage of her land, and not let it goto waste.

As far as I was concerned, Tyanne has abandoned us as well as her Palace. I hadn’t heard from her since last Halloween of ‘06. After months and months a lot of us tried to do our best to keep the Palace going in her absence. She left me with no other abilities but to Eject and Ban other avatars. I was able to invite people into the group, but I wasn’t able to change what “Role” they had in the group. Therefore I was the only last remaining guardian, the others guardians don’t login anymore. Even Candy Wood is rarely seen in Diguet. I also quit her group as well.

A lot of us helped rebuilding what was lost, trying to keep the place clean by basically maxing out the prim count inside the parcel so no one else could rez junk in the middle of the dance floor, the whole time Tyanne was absent. Dealing with griefers and assholes, and noobtards. And after all this work I put into the Palace.. I get treated like this?

If I had done nothing since she took her extended “break” from SL, the Palace would be a complete shithole. There would have been tons of junk prims and garbage left over from other users that no one would go there. For months I asked and demanded noobs pick up after them selves since Tyanne left me with NO powers to return objects, and the land had no auto-return (it does now).

Tyanne claims I was cutting into her revenue. Bullshit! The only way she gets “revenue” is from direct donations. Everyone stopped dancing on the dance poles since only getting 50% of the tip money to someone who doesn’t log in anymore seems just totally WRONG. At first I didn’t mind the 50% cut since Tyanne was actively busy and working on the Palace. Besides she was NEVER online to actually USE whatever “revenue” she did get.

The escort rental signs I put in had only been up for about two months (since April). And if anything the rental signs were GIVING her more traffic and revenue at the Palace. Plus Tyanne had one rental sign on the roof of the palace for the past 8 months, so it looked like she was planning doing the same thing I had been doing for the past 2 months before she up and left us all.

Now, lets get into some paranoid conspiracy theories that have been floating in my mind since this shit started last Tuesday.

Sindy Tsure told me months ago that she was able to contact Tyanne via e-mail. Apparently in an attempt to offer her a deal to buy her land. For which a LOT of people have been watching over the Palace land like Vultures waiting for that land to get repossessed so they can buy it. Heck I was looking FORWARD for someone to buy this land so someone can really use it, be it Sindy, Jo, Candy, Sideshow, someone that was apart of that scene in Diguet.

Sindy is apparently the only person who had any remote communication with Tyanne. I still do NOT know to this day why Tyanne was gone for so long. Rumors flew about her death.. or incarceration in jail.. maybe she didn’t have broadband anymore, or her PC blew up. It could be the fact that she a student and didn’t want SL to distract her from her studies. After all she just came back just as summer vacation started.

Now since Tyanne has been back she isn’t her usual bubbly self anymore, and I’ve YET to actually see her online. Granted she does live in the UK so the time difference is obvious. So this is leading me to believe that this isn’t Tyanne using into her account, but it was Sindy loggin in as her. After all she’s apparently the only person on in SL who has any sort of contact with Tyanne outside of SL.

I knew for a while Sindy didn’t like how I ran the Palace, and she is the most passive aggressive person you’ll ever meet in SL. The whole time I had the Escort rental signs she would always hang out at the Garden’s pool area.. never RARELY if ever come into the dance floor. The moment “Tyanne” came back and cleared out all my shit, Sindy was on the dance floor having a good time. That was peculiar to me. Couple days later of barely having what I would consider a meaningful conversation with Tyanne via offline IMs, I found my self having no Guardian powers what so ever, yet Sindy suddenly DOES. Heck I thought Sindy should have had guardian powers a long long time ago, but this is just to fucking coincidental.
